PRODUCTS
The manufactured steel profiles have the following sections:
- round - 4 to 30 mm diameter
- hexagonal - S8 - S24 mm
- square - 4 -8 mm
The following steel is mostly processed: automatic steel according to DIN 1654 low-carbon constructional steel according to DIN 17100; DIN 17150 and DIN 17140 constructional carbon steel according to DIN 17200 and DIN 17210 The manufactured steel corresponds by size to DIN 668, DIN 671, DIN 670 and DIN 59360. The bar length is 3-6 m. The hot-rolled steel prior to processing corresponds by size to DIN 59110 and DIN 59115 standards.
KALIBROVANI STOMANI Inc.
was founded in 1986. It was fully privatised in 1998. In Bulgaria the company is a sole manufacturer of cold drawn precisely calibrated steel profiles with round, hexagonal and square sections.
Our company owns three production grounds. The production equipment includes technological lines for cold drawing KZRP 0, KZRP IA and KZRP IIB type, made by the German company 'Schumag' AG, which are supplied with steel shot polishing devices made by 'George Fischer' - Switzerland. There is a department for manufacture of wire articles. The production methods are coil-bar, coil-coil, bar-bar.
Our main clients are 'Wrigley', 'Liebherr', 'Elprom Elhovo', 'Meteks Bulgaria', 'Dinamo', 'Samel 90', 'Stomana', 'Terem', 'Kotlostroene', 'Kaproni', 'Metal', etc. Currently our share of the cold drawn steel market in Bulgaria is more than 80%. We maintain permanent business relations with more than 300 Bulgarian and foreign customers.
