“Biofood center” works with Bulgarian raw materials. The main raw material suppliers are agricultural producer, which signed a contract for the purchase of production. For ease of suppliers the company provides seeds, seedlings, fertilizers. To ensure traceability throughout the range- from the raw material to finished product, we make preliminary control of the plantation and control in the acceptance of raw material, and in all phases of the production process.
The production process in Bonfood Center is managed by a team of skilled professionals and consists of transforming raw material into fresh frozen product through a different number of manual and / or mechanized operations: cleaning, washing, sorting, grading, cutting, removing flakes, blanching, cooling, freezing, packaging. It is used technologies for preservation by shock freezing in cold tunnel, produced by one of the leading global FRIGOSCANDIA EQUIPMENT AB - Sweden, with a capacity of 36,000 kilograms per day, which is achieving the necessary technological results.
There are refrigerators with a total volume of 6000 cubic meters, four warehouses to store raw materials, private laboratory for analysis of the received output.
Biofood center is equipped with different packing and weighing equipment. I has 60-ton truck scale for the adoption of agricultural production, and different loading and unloading equipment: forklift trucks, pallet trucks and more.
Available to the customer is transport equipment, with the most modern refrigeration certified equipment.
Monitoring of temperature in cold stores is a modern control system ensures consistently high quality products throughout the year. Security is guaranteed throughout the day by CCTV that covers the entire area of the center.
